It’s not just for fun (though that’s a big part of it!), it’s because variety in your workout routine is one of the keys to long-term success.

Why multi-modality fitness works:

STRENGTH CARDIO FLEXIBILITY COMBO

LIFT

Lift is a strength-focused class designed to build muscle, improve technique, and boost functional movement. Each instructor brings their own style, keeping your workouts fresh and your muscles challenged so you get stronger, more capable, and ready for whatever life throws your way.

PUMP

Pump is a music-driven, weight-based class designed to build strength and endurance. You’ll train every major muscle group through choreographed strength sequences- lifting to the beat for a fun, full-body burn that keeps you moving and motivated.

SUSPENSION FIT

Suspension Fit is a full-body toning and resistance training class that uses trapeze straps to challenge your strength, stability, and control. This unique workout builds muscle, enhances balance, and delivers a total-body burn- no impact, all power.

BOX

Box is a high-energy cardio experience that blends choreographed kickboxing combos with glove and heavy bag work. Expect powerful punches, sweaty fun, and an empowering full-body workout that leaves you feeling unstoppable.

STEP

Step puts a modern twist on classic step aerobics with high-energy choreography set to incredible music. Using the step to elevate intensity, you’ll move through fun, rhythmic routines mixed with bursts of HIIT-style training for a heart-pumping, full-body cardio workout that keeps you coming back for more.

BARRELATES

BarreLates is a full-body fusion of barre and Pilates, designed to deliver a powerful, low-impact burn. This class combines energizing pulses, core-sculpting Pilates moves, and endurance-building sequences to strengthen, tone, and challenge your body from head to toe.

GENTLE FLOW

Gentle Flow offers a calm, intentional movement experience focused on breath, mobility, and restoration. You’ll move through a slow sequence of stretches and poses designed to ease tension, support recovery, and engage all major muscle groups. It’s an ideal way to balance out high-intensity training and promote whole-body wellness.

PILATES FLOW

Pilates Flow is a mat-inspired class that blends deep core activation, mindful movement, and intentional breathwork for a low-impact burn that both strengthens and restores. Class wraps with guided stretching and optional inversions using an aerial trapeze- perfect for decompressing and unwinding.

STRETCH FLOW

This gentle-yet-energizing class flows through stretches to release tension, improve flexibility, and create space in your body and soul – ending with inversions designed to lengthen and decompress, leaving you refreshed and uplifted.

BOOTY + CORE

Booty + Core blends targeted glute and core work with a touch of cardio for a balanced, full-body burn. This class focuses on building strength, tone, and stability in the areas you’ll feel most empowered- leaving you strong, lifted, and energized.

CAMP

Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and push your limits! Camp is our high-energy, boot camp-style class that blends strength training and cardio for a full-body workout. Using a variety of equipment, you’ll move through dynamic circuits designed to challenge all fitness levels. No two classes are the same, so you’ll never get bored and your body will never plateau.

POWERLATES

Powerlates is the fusion of strength, endurance and Pilates flow. This full body burn combines dynamic movement and sculpting Pilates sequences using dumbbells and bands. You’ll build muscle, push your endurance, and move with the control that Pilates is known for.

PRIMAL PILATES

Get ready to move like never before. Primal Pilates is a high-energy fusion of classical Pilates, dynamic mobility work, and targeted booty and core strengthening- infused with a raw, grounded, primal edge. Expect to crawl, pulse, stretch, and sweat as you tap into your body’s natural movement patterns.
